Ingredientes
1 shot de tequila
1 shot de aperol
1 shot de suco de laranja
½ shot de água com gás
Abacaxi
Açúcar
Gelo
Modo de fazer
Corte aproximadamente 3 fatias de abacaxi em pedaços menores. Macere o abacaxi com o açúcar, adicione o gelo, suco de laranja, tequila, aperol, água e misture todos os ingredientes.
Dica
Se você adicionar o aperol por último, fica muito bonito ver o degrade de cores que ele vai criando no copo, até se misturaru com todo o líquido.

1 shot of orange juice
½ shot of sparkling water
Pineapple
Sugar
Ice
How to do it
Cut approximately 3 slices of pineapple into smaller pieces. Mash the pineapple with the sugar, add the ice, orange juice, tequila, aperol, water and mix all the ingredients.
Tip
If you add the aperol as the last ingredient its very beautiful to see the color gradient that it creates in the glass, until it mixes with the other liquids.
